Opened in February 2005, Radooni offers a fusion of dishes from Thailand, India & China. The menu is extensive & vegetarians are well catered for. Main dishes range form the familiar Biryani to Radooni delicacies such as Bukhara Braised Lamb Gonta( strongly recommended by stafford247!) Prices start from as low as £5.50 for a main course. The restaurant is fully licensed, with smoking allowed in the lounge area only. A takeaway service is also available.

Chill now open their restaurant on Sundays, & offer a fabulous menu at £12.95 for 3 courses. Choose from traditional favorites such as Roast Beef with all the trimmings or Pork Hock with a Ginger Glaze, & a choice of mouthwatering desserts, including Homemade Cheesecake & Luxury Chocolate Mousse ( a personal favourite of ours!!) All this with smooth live jazz playing in the background-nice!

Re-opened in 2003, the new decor is modern & stylish yet comfortable. The staff are always friendly & efficient & you never feel rushed. The wine list provides a good selection of whites & reds to suit most tastes. The menu is changed monthly & an example of this months choices are; Chicken Liver Parfait with Melba Toasts for first course & Chargrilled Swordfish with Langoustine Thermidor & Buttered Linguine. Dessert menu & liqueur coffees also available

A well established & popular restaurant, Stephanies now opens on Friday & Saturday evenings & provides a varied menu at very good value for money. At £10 for 3 courses including dessert, choose from Seared Tuna on a crisp salad for a starter & Moroccan Style Lamb with Cous Cous for main course. Side dishes are also available at an extra charge.

Pub & restaurant, part of the Chef & Brewer chain. Extensive menu with a speciality in fish dishes. Good wine list & dessert menu, try the Oreo Cookie Madness if you dare! Can be quite dark in there even during the day, window seats are recommended!

Italian style coffee shop, part of a chain. Wide selection of coffees, also hot chocolate & various cold drinks. Panninis, pastries, pizzas, sandwiches & pasta salads also available to eat in or takeaway.Seating areas for smoking & non-smoking.

This chinese takeaway opened in 2003 & has proved very popular with the Stafford 247 team. Reasonably priced, it offers all the usual fare but with a few dishes which are a little bit different. The Deep Fried Prawns in Salt & Chilli are delicious & for a starter quite a genorous portion! Stafford 247 tip; If you’re having friends round for the evening why not try 4 or 5 dishes from the starter menu, the portions are genorous enough & that way you get a good selection!!

This takeaway opened in 2004 & as well as the usual fare, Tikka, Balti etc, there is also their speciality “Fusion Menu” if you fancy a break from the norm. Prices are reasonable & a delivery service is available.

Part of the international chain, Dominos offers a wide range of pizzas & side orders, recently introducing the new Salmon Bites to their side order menu. If you’re spoilt for choice where pizza toppings are concerned, why not go for their half & half option? Delivery service available.

Recently refurbished, The Bear offers stylish, comfortable surroundings, whether you want a lunchtime snack or drinks with friends after work. Smoking & non-smoking areas available.

Always a good atmosphere, whether it’s Karaoke Night or one of the legendary Jam Nights, a fun evening is guaranteed every time. Gets very busy so get there early if you want a seat, especially for Jam Night!

An old building with alot of history, The Surgery is one of the main places in Stafford to find a good mix of live music & DJ’s whatever your taste. From Dance to Rock & Alternative there’s a DJ here for you & if you fancy a laugh there’s the comedy club on the first Sunday night of every month, A menu is also available offering sandwiches & panninis etc.

An Intimate Italian restaurant, Spaggos offers a fixed price menu as well as an A La Carte menu with a wide choice of dishes including traditional pastas. Fixed price menu is £15.95 for 3 courses.

Opened in November 2004, Chill Lounge Bar & Restaurant is the perfect place to...well..chill! Situated in the north end of town in the building that used to be the home of Reynolds bar(for those of you that remember!) Chill offers pleasant surroundings with low lighting & ambient music, whether you just fancy a few drinks or some food, you are guarunteed a relaxed atmosphere!

The Litten Tree is a popular place for sport lovers, mainly football. There is a good food menu, with alot of traditional favorites including Fish & chips, which comes served in newspaper! All the big football matches are shown, but it can get busy so turn up early if you want a seat!

Wine bar & restaurant, good choice of food & wine, whether it’s a snack or something a little more filling that you’re after, from potato skins to filled bagels & ciabatta bread there’s something for every appetite. Coffees & hot chocolate also available.

A converted barn, No5 offers a cosy dining experience & friendly service on two floors. The menu has good choices including vegetarian options, & is another restaurant that uses local produce. The wine list is small but should cater for all tastes, & a recommended dessert is the Baileys & Maltesers Cheesecake-YUM!

Situated up a flight of stairs & opening into a well lit restaurant. Opened in 1997, it has become a popular place for its 3 course meals costing  £5 for lunch  & dinner for £10. Some meals & extras cost a little more.
